FRANCHISE EXPANSION
Expansion of the franchise network across Gauteng and Pretoria is part of our short term growth strategy. We are also looking at expanding across South Africa and into Africa and neighboring countries as part of the long term growth strategy of Mend-A-Wall. We will maintain a continued focus on Brand awareness and reinventing our current product offering and services
within the pre-cast concrete and related products and services categories with applications within the residential, industrial, and government sectors. Products are mainly sourced and manufactured within South Africa.
Branded Mend-A-Wall products are SABS (if applicable) accredited, and adhere to stringent quality and safety guidelines. All products are rebranded, and protected by means of registered trademarks (pending).
The current franchise model is based upon distinct product and service lines within the pre-cast concrete walling industry. Although the franchise will be of a mobile nature, a minimum of a two hundred square meters in a semi-industrial business park will be required to facilitate operational expansion in the medium term.
THE FRANCHISE NETWORK
Mend-A-Wall will distribute and sell its range of branded products and provide after sales services through the establishment of fixed address and mobile franchise outlets. These outlets will form the basis for a logistical network of sales and distribution warehouses.
